If you're using a VPN to connect to the Slsk network, then port forwarding/opening via your home router is irrelevant, as you are effectively 'punching a hole' in your router's NAT/firewall to make the VPN tunnel. Obviously, if you have your ports forwarded correctly the inbuilt port-open checker should tell you so. You shouldn't need to open/forward anything for "Server port". This opens all of your Soulseek configuration options. They should only need to be TCP, but adding UDP won't hurt. Port Configuration and Forwarding Click the Options tab at the top of Soulseek. There's not a lot of options there either. I have no idea if the location I'm at is supported or if this is referring not to the country I'm at, but the VPN's country I choose. I also use a vpn allows port forwarding, but not all locations are supported. I tried seeing how other routers worked, but the input fields that showed up in mine where very different from the ones I checked out, so I was quite lost on what to do. My router is a speedport smart 3 (telekom), I can't find the model here. Because of not being able to upload a lot of ppl cancel my downloads. I can browse some users files, some others not, but no one can download my files.
